Solving the Problem of Ineffective Communication
Ineffective communication jeopardizes safety, security, and the outcome of the mission. As a result, ARI has developed Decoding Foreign Accents® (DFA), a comprehensive tool that enables the warfighter and/or federal government agencies to understand foreign accents for seamless cross-cultural communication.
- The target market for DFA® is any cadre of military or civilian personnel who are in theater working with foreign nationals or need to understand their heavily accented speech.
- DFA® training is available in a classroom environment or as a self-paced software learning tool and takes four hours to complete per language.
